Todd Rupley knows about growing businesses, and while he starts them small, he grows them big. He increased revenue growth for Egghead Software’s Corporate and Government sales division by 40 percent, year over year, for five years. Subsequently, as VP of Sales and Marketing, Turtle Beach Systems, he launched multimedia products around the world, bringing Turtle Beach out of the pack to the #2 position behind the industry giant, Creative Labs. His last stop before joining OnCare was at Laplink Software, where he helped more than double annual revenue.
Todd graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Management. He enjoys lifelong learning about the business, the customer, and his team’s latest brainstorms.

| Maggie Vera, Website Coordinator |

If Maggie Vera’s career could have a recurring theme, that theme would be creative problem-solving—and she’s invaluable to the OnCare team. Her roughly 12 years of accounting and human resources experience is complimentary to her OnCare role’s creative and technical nature. While Maggie managed all accounting and human resources functions, her work also included software conversions, upgrades and maintenance. She was continually charged with making process improvements—a challenge she enjoys and one that continues in her current role. Currently, as Website Coordinator for OnCare Services, she assists our clients with the custom design and implementation of their websites.
Maggie earned her BA from New Jersey’s Richard Stockton College. She went on to achieve her MBA form Portland State University. Despite reaching these lofty educational goals, Maggie is firm in her belief that her proudest accomplishment is being mom to her charismatic preschooler.

| Jeff Davis, Professional Services Consultant |

Jeff Davis is one multi-talented employee. Selected as the Bank of Hawaii’s top performer—not just once, but three times—Jeff made the switch from his banking career to an IT career with Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC), and did it all with style. He advanced rapidly from a help desk position to the role of engineer while at KLC. Now, as a Professional Services Consultant with Oncare, Jeff demonstrates OnCare’s services to center owners and their staff and provides Website implementation assistance and ongoing technical training and support.
Active in his community, Jeff participates in Toastmasters, volunteers at his son’s school and is involved in the local music scene—even finding time to teach music theory out of this home. He studied business at Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado; music at University of Colorado, Denver; and music performance at the University of Hawaii.

In between her years as a dedicated stay-at-home mother to four children, Tracie Provencial thrived in a career at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of California as a customer service trainer. Her focus on understanding and conveying the best in customer service skills and strategies "put me in the customer’s shoes—for good!" says Tracie, providing top-notch preparation for her junior consultant role at OnCare. Tracie contacts centers to arrange demos that highlight our services. She enjoys that spark that occurs when she matches OnCare’s services with a potential customers’ needs.
Married for 19 years with four children ranging in age from 17 to 2, hobbies and interests are a wistful memory for Tracie, who spends her "free time" at multiple children’s sporting events. However, "It’s all good," she says.

Robert is responsible for Product Strategy and the Professional Services group supporting child care providers. Robert has over 16 years experience helping large and small companies around the globe adopt and utilize software and Internet-based solutions for increased business productivity. Robert earned his executive MBA from the University of Washington in 2006. Prior to working for OnCare Services, Robert worked in project management and product development for Fluke Networks, Network General, Network Associates, WebTrends, Preview Systems, and Sabrix.

Lina likes to work in multi-faceted roles wherever new business and innovations are par for the course. She has held various roles in the software and financial industries, including sales, strategic marketing and program/project management. At OnCare, Lina enjoys working with multiple centers to help grow and more easily manage their businesses through web-based services. Also, she’s charged with facilitating innovative processes that go into keeping OnCare services relevant and responsive to customer needs and preferences. She loves being presented with challenges and strives to help OnCare customers run their businesses more effectively.
Lina earned her B.A. (Pre-Law) from California State University - Chico. She’s also taken courses at U.C. Berkeley Extension for various certifications (Project Management, Web Technologies). In her spare time, Lina is an assistant managing director of a non-profit foundation. A huge fan of comedies and anything tropical, Lina resides with her family and animals in Portland, OR.

Jordan comes from a strong sales and account management background. She started her sales career as an account executive for several large telecom companies, and later moved into business development in the healthcare sector before joining OnCare Services. Prior to learning the ropes of sales and marketing, she also worked as a preschool teacher in Seattle. Jordan’s current role as a consultant for OnCare Services strikes a perfect balance with her sales background and enthusiasm for working in the child care sector.
Jordan graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications and Political Science. She is active as a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, and enjoys spending her free time outside, especially snowboarding, surfing and running with her dogs.

| Tamee Whitney, Consultant |

Tamee’s career in account management and customer service began with a local semiconductor company, where she successfully managed 350 client accounts and the domestic and international distributor relationships for more than nine years. Her resourcefulness and commitment to continuous improvement inspired her to create a new position at SAP and assume responsibility for supporting a sales team of 31 executive account managers and 4 regional district managers. She has a well-deserved reputation for being incredibly organized and dedicated to the success of her clients—skills she demonstrates daily by going the extra mile to search out new ways to improve efficiency. As one of the newest members to join the OnCare Services team, Tamee is excited to work with child care business owners and directors to help analyze their needs and discover new ways to help achieve their specific goals.
Tamee is a devoted mother of a spunky 3-year-old boy who is truly her pride and joy. Her free time is generally centered on her son; she also enjoys scrapbooking, entertaining, spending time with family and friends, reading and learning. Her educational background is in business management and accounting.
